1. Eligibility

By using the services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement or have received permission from your guardian. Otherwise you should not use the services.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to the API is available through a subscription model. Subscriptions are billed monthly and payments are processed through Stripe. Pollpulli reserves the right to change the subscription fees at any time, with proper notice to users. Use of the subscription payment feature is subject to the terms of service of Stripe and you must agree to abide by these terms in order to use this feature.

3. Usage

The services are intended for use by individuals and organizations for internal and commercial purposes who are eligible to enter into binding contracts.The services and all content, material and software provided through the services are protected by intellectual property laws. You are not allowed to:

• Modify, alter or create derivative works of the services or any of the content, materials or software provided.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software contained within the pollpulli services.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices or labels.
• Distribute, transfer, or make available the services or any of the content, materials or software provided through pollpulli services to any third party.
• Use the services for any illegal, unethical, or malicious purposes.

You understand that violation of this agreement will let Pollpulli to terminate the agreement. Upon termination you should destroy any copied materials.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

Your data is guarded by our privacy policy. Please read our privacy policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pollpulli makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the services. The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pollpulli shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.

7. Governing Law

These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.

8. Changes to ToS

Pollpulli reserves the right to change these ToS at any time, with proper notice to users. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised ToS.
